Step 1 – Who can archive calls?
- A user can archive their own conversations.
- A member of a response group can archive calls from the group.
When a call is archived:
- It disappears from the default search results.
- The conversation is not deleted and can be found again by including archived conversations in the search.
Step 2 – Do a search
To archive calls, you first need to search the call log .
Step 3 – Archive a single call
On computer:
- Click on the three-dot icon next to the call.
- Click the down arrow icon.
- Click Yes to confirm.
On mobile:
- Tap the three-dot icon on the call.
- Press the down arrow icon.
- Press Yes to confirm.
Step 4 – Archive multiple calls (bulk)
On computer:
- Check the box next to the calls you want to archive.
- Once the boxes are filled in, click the three-dot icon.
- Click the down arrow icon.
- Click Yes to confirm.
On mobile:
- Tap the box next to the calls you want to archive.
- Once the boxes are filled in, tap the three-dot icon .
- Press the down arrow icon.
- Press Yes to confirm.
