Archive calls in the call log

Archive single or multiple calls. Archived calls are never deleted, they are just hidden from search.

Step 1 – Who can archive calls?

  • A user can archive their own conversations.
  • A member of a response group can archive calls from the group.

When a call is archived:

  • It disappears from the default search results.
  • The conversation is not deleted and can be found again by including archived conversations in the search.

Step 2 – Do a search

To archive calls, you first need to search the call log .


Step 3 – Archive a single call

On computer:

  1. Click on the three-dot icon next to the call.
  1. Click the down arrow icon.
  1. Click Yes to confirm.

On mobile:

  1. Tap the three-dot icon on the call.
  1. Press the down arrow icon.
  1. Press Yes to confirm.

Step 4 – Archive multiple calls (bulk)

On computer:

  1. Check the box next to the calls you want to archive.
  1. Once the boxes are filled in, click the three-dot icon.
  1. Click the down arrow icon.
  1. Click Yes to confirm.

On mobile:

  1. Tap the box next to the calls you want to archive.
  1. Once the boxes are filled in, tap the three-dot icon .
  1. Press the down arrow icon.
  1. Press Yes to confirm.
