Step 1 – Who has access?
- Organizations with the Unlimited switch package.
- Organizations with the Light switch package that have purchased the Analytics add-on service.
Search & filter calls
Step 2 – Open the call log
- Click the Call center icon .
- Select Call logs .
- Toggle Show call details to see more information (e.g. connections and who connected the call).
Step 3 – Search & Filter on Computer
- Select start and end dates .
- Filter by call type (optional).
- Select response group and/or user/phone number .
Step 4 – Search & filter on mobile
- Select start and end dates .
- Filter by call type (optional).
- Select response group and/or user/phone number .
