Step 1 – What is the authorization?
With full search & playback permissions, a user can:
- Search all call logs and archive them.
- Search and listen to all recordings.
- Share all call logs and recordings.
The permission is assigned via Roles & Permissions in the organization settings.
Step 2 – Grant a user the permission
On computer:
- Click the gear icon .
- Select your organization .
- Expand the Roles & Permissions list.
- Click Call Search .
- Expand the list.
- Search for the user you want to grant access to.
- Click the user, then click Save .
On mobile:
- Tap the gear icon .
- Select your organization .
- Expand the Roles & Permissions list.
- Tap Call Search .
- Expand the list.
- Search for the user you want to grant access to.
- Tap the user, then tap Save .
