Full search & playback permissions

Give users full search and playback permissions in call logs.

Step 1 – What is the authorization?

With full search & playback permissions, a user can:

  • Search all call logs and archive them.
  • Search and listen to all recordings.
  • Share all call logs and recordings.

The permission is assigned via Roles & Permissions in the organization settings.


Step 2 – Grant a user the permission

On computer:

  1. Click the gear icon .
  1. Select your organization .
  1. Expand the Roles & Permissions list.
  1. Click Call Search .
  1. Expand the list.
  1. Search for the user you want to grant access to.
  1. Click the user, then click Save .

On mobile:

  1. Tap the gear icon .
  1. Select your organization .
  1. Expand the Roles & Permissions list.
  1. Tap Call Search .
  1. Expand the list.
  1. Search for the user you want to grant access to.
  1. Tap the user, then tap Save .
