Step 1 – Who can use the feature?
- Organizations with the Unlimited switch package.
- Organizations with the Light switch package with the Analytics add-on service.
Note: When you share a call log, the recipient may in turn share it further. Only share recordings when it's important.
Step 2 – Share on computer
- Click the three-dot icon next to the conversation you want to share.
- Click the icon with the arrow pointing to the right .
- Choose whether to share via chat or SMS .
- Add a comment (optional).
- Type the name of the user, channel, or team you want to share with.
- Toggle on Include call recording if you want to send the recording.
- Toggle on Include voicemail transcription if you want to send the transcription.
- Toggle on to schedule broadcast time (optional) and select time.
- Click Share .
Step 3 – Share on mobile
- Tap the three-dot icon next to the conversation you want to share.
- Tap the right arrow icon .
- Choose whether to share via chat or SMS .
- Add a comment (optional).
- Type the name of the user, channel, or team you want to share with.
- Toggle on Include call recording if you want to send the recording.
- Toggle on Include voicemail transcription if you want to send the transcription.
- Toggle on to schedule broadcast time (optional) and select time.
- Tap Share .
Step 4 – Important to know
- To share via SMS , you need permission to send System SMS .
