Share a conversation

In the app, you can share calls from your own call log .

When you share to a chat or channel , recipients can call the person directly through the chat.

You can also share other people's calls, group calls, and recordings via the shared call log.

How to share a conversation

From your own log

1. Click the menu next to the conversation you want to share.

2. Click Share .

3. Choose whether to share via chat or SMS .

4. Add a message (optional).

5. Type the name of the user, channel, or team you want to share with.

6. Toggle to include call recording (optional).

7. Toggle to include voicemail transcription (optional).

8. Toggle if you want to schedule broadcast time (optional).

9. Select broadcast time (optional).

10. Click Share .

To share via SMS , you must have permission to send System SMS .
