Who can make calls?

• All users

• All guest users (VoIP calls only)

About calling via the app

• You can call colleagues, contacts and numbers directly in the app.

• Calls made via the phone's native dialer are also registered in the app.

• The app has smart call handling:
  • Switch between voice calls, video calls, and conference calls .

  • Mix video and voice calls in the same conference.

Make a call in the app

Computer

1. Click New call in the menu.

2. Type the number or select a user/contact .

3. Click on the handset to call.

Mobile

1. Tap New call in the menu.

2. Type the number or select a user/contact .

3. Press the handset to make a call.

Switch a call to a conference (three-way call)

• When you are in an ongoing call → click the conference button .

• The call is switched directly to a conference.

Call from elsewhere in the app

For extra convenience, you can call directly from several different views:

• Via a live chat .

• Via a response group .

• From a shared conversation .
