In the app, there are two things that are often confused: activity status and status colors .
Here we explain the difference.
Activity status
When you create an activity status, you can choose between two availability modes:
- Available → represented by green color .
- Busy → is represented by red color .
When you are available , your status can have several different colors (see below).
When you are busy , you are always shown as red .
Status colors
- Green → The user is available and active in the app .
- Yellow → The user is available but not active at the moment .
- Gray → The user is available but the app is not running (offline).
- Red → The user is busy – it is not visible whether the person is active or not.
