Integrate apps to simplify your workday with free and easy-to-use tools.

Integrations allow you to connect the app with other services to simplify your workday. All of these integrations are free and can be activated at any time.

Step 1 โ€“ Open the integration settings


  • Click on the gear icon at the bottom of the menu on the left.
  • Select Personal settings .
  • Expand the Integrations list.

Available integrations

Office 365

Features:


  • Synchronize emails and folders, send emails from the app.
  • Synchronize calendar events and book meetings with a conference link.
  • Sync, create and edit contacts.

Here's how to integrate:

  1. Click Office 365 in the list of integrations.
  1. Click the plus sign (+) .
  1. A browser window will open โ€“ sign in with your Microsoft credentials.
  1. When the connection is successful, a confirmation message appears.

Google Workspace

Features:

  • Synchronize calendar events and book meetings with a conference link.
  • Sync, create and edit contacts.

Here's how to integrate:

  1. Click G Suite in the list of integrations.
  1. Click the plus sign (+) .
  1. A browser window will open โ€“ log in with your Google credentials.
  1. When the connection is successful, a confirmation message appears.

Slack

Features:

  • Sync chat channels from Slack with the corresponding channel in the app.
  • Messages posted in Slack or in the app appear in both systems.

Here's how to integrate:

  1. Click Connect Slack - a web link will open.
  1. Click Add to Slack .
  1. Log in to your Slack workspace.

Trello

Features:

  • Create new cards directly from the app (from scratch or via chat message).
  • Automatically post changes to Trello boards/cards to a channel.

Here's how to integrate:

  1. Click Trello in the list of integrations.
  1. Click the plus sign (+) โ€“ a browser window will open.
  1. Log in with your Trello credentials and click Allow .
  1. Copy your token (code).
  1. Paste the token into the app and click Connect .

Pipedrive

Features:

  • View and create activities and deals directly in the app.
  • Automatically post events from Pipedrive to a channel.

Here's how to integrate:

  1. Click Pipedrive in the list of integrations.
  1. Click the plus sign (+) .
  1. Click Get Pipedrive API token (opens browser).
  1. Log in with your details and copy the token.
  1. Paste the token into the app and click Connect .

Tip: After integration, you can quickly share deals by typing / and selecting the activity or deal at the correct stage in the sales process.
