My account

Step 1 – Open my account

• Click on the gear icon at the bottom of the menu on the left.

• Select Personal settings .

• Expand the My Account list.

Profile

Here you can change avatar , personal information , hide number and more.

Change avatar

1. Click on the camera icon followed by the pen icon.

2. Click Choose Image .

3. Select image from your device.

4. Adjust placement if necessary.

5. Click Save .

You can also choose to sync with Gravatar .

Change cover photo

• Choose either the organization's default cover or a personal one (image or GIF).

1. Click on the camera icon followed by the pen icon.

2. Click Choose Image .

3. Select image from your device.

4. Click Save .

Personal information

• Change your first name , last name , and display name (the name colleagues see in the app).

• Make the changes and click Save .

Hide phone number

• Click on the number you want to hide.

• Toggle on to hide and click Save .

• If both mobile and landline numbers are hidden, all calls are made via VoIP .

Additional information

• Some default information cannot be changed, but you can add more fields.

• Click Create Info , fill in the field, and click Save .

Change password

1. Enter your current password.

2. Enter a new, complex and secure password.

3. Click Save .

Log out of all sessions

• If you lost your phone or forgot to log out of a public computer:
  • Click Log Out to end all active sessions.
