Important:
- When deleted, chat logs and all other user data are also permanently deleted.
- If you schedule the deletion, you have 30 days to save important information.
Step 1 – Go to User Accounts
- Click on the gear icon at the bottom of the menu on the left.
- Select your organization.
- Expand the User Accounts list.
Step 2 – Find the user
- Go to the Users tab.
- Search for the user to be deleted.
Step 3 – Deactivate the user
- Click Deactivate User .
Step 4 – Select removal options
- Schedule deletion: The user will be automatically deleted after 30 days and placed under a separate view until then.
- Delete immediately: The user is deleted immediately.
Step 5 – Manage mobile numbers
- The mobile number belonging to the user is moved to Unassigned mobile numbers .
Important to consider
- Reuse of number: If the number is to continue to be used by the person, contact the operator to remove the MEX service.
- Data loss: Upon deletion (immediately or after 30 days), chat logs and other data are deleted without the possibility of recovery.
