How does it work?
With the Outlook add-in, you can book conferences directly in Outlook.
- All links and codes are automatically inserted into the meeting invitation.
- It works the same way as if you had booked the appointment via the app.
Install the extension
Windows
- Open Outlook .
- Click Add-ons .
- Search Addit .
- Click Install .
Mac
- Open Outlook (new Outlook) .
- Click Tools in the menu.
- Select Add-ons .
- Search Addit .
- Click Install .
Book a meeting via Outlook
Note: The extension does not work on mobile phones.
Windows
- Click New Item → select Meeting .
- Click on the Addit logo .
- Click Insert Conference .
- Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.
Mac
- Open a new event in Outlook (new Outlook).
- Click on the Addit logo .
- Click Insert Conference .
- Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.
