How does it work?

With the Outlook add-in, you can book conferences directly in Outlook.

  • All links and codes are automatically inserted into the meeting invitation.
  • It works the same way as if you had booked the appointment via the app.

Install the extension

Windows

  1. Open Outlook .
  1. Click Add-ons .
  1. Search Addit .
  1. Click Install .

Mac

  1. Open Outlook (new Outlook) .
  1. Click Tools in the menu.
  1. Select Add-ons .
  1. Search Addit .
  1. Click Install .

Book a meeting via Outlook

Note: The extension does not work on mobile phones.

Windows

  1. Click New Item → select Meeting .
  1. Click on the Addit logo .
  1. Click Insert Conference .
  1. Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.

Mac

  1. Open a new event in Outlook (new Outlook).
  1. Click on the Addit logo .
  1. Click Insert Conference .
  1. Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.
