Enable AI roles to purchase and use AI services effectively.

Important: Enable AI roles to purchase AI services

To purchase and use AI services, you first need to enable Opt-in for AI agents.

To use AI features such as AI operator, personal AI operator, or AI support agent, AI first needs to be enabled at the organizational level.


Tip

Go to AI → Licenses and Usage to view or change your pricing plan.

There you can also keep track of your usage and any trial periods.

1. Open the organization settings

Click the gear in the menu and select Organization settings .

Under Business Account you will find the AI ​​menu - click there.

Here you manage all settings that apply to AI at the organizational level.

To be able to use or purchase AI services, you need to enable Opt-in under Roles for AI agents .

Once you have enabled the desired roles, click Save .


2. Enable roles for AI agents

In the AI ​​menu, you select which roles should be available in the organization.

Turn on the roles you want to use:

  • AI operators
  • Personal AI operators
  • AI support agents for response groups and chat channels

You can add or change roles at any time if necessary.


3. Buy AI Voice

License & Usage

To be able to use AI agents in their roles, you need to purchase the AI ​​Voice add-on.

  1. Go to Licenses & Usage (under AI ).
  1. Expand AI Voice and click Configure AI Voice.
  1. Choose the pricing plan that suits your organization.
  1. Click Save .

Once AI Voice is enabled, you can start using AI agents like:

  • AI support agent in response groups or chat channels
  • AI operator for specific numbers and users

Good to know

If you want to use AI agents in web chat or response group , the Contact Center package needs to be activated in your organization.

It is purchased in the same place – under Options .
