Step 1 – Who has access to Wallboard?
- Users with Wallboard permission can purchase the additional service.
- Anyone with Wallboard permissions can configure and manage the service.
Step 2 – Open Wallboard Settings
- Click the gear icon .
- Select your organization .
- Expand the Wallboards list.
Step 3 – What is a Wallboard?
- A Wallboard is used to display response group or user data on an external screen , such as a TV.
- It offers:
• Customizable metrics
• Selection of one or more response groups and users
• Light and dark mode
• Various visual scaling options
Step 4 – Create a Wallboard
- Click the gear icon and select the organization.
- Expand Wallboards .
- Click the plus sign to create a new Wallboard.
- Select Multiple response groups or Single response group .
- Name your Wallboard.
- Select which response groups to include.
- Choose which metrics to display.
- For the One Response Group option, agent metrics can also be added.
- Select language .
- Decide on a theme (light or dark).
- Choose an avatar or use your company logo.
- Set display scale (default 100%).
- Choose the animation style for how the numbers update.
- Copy the link to the Wallboard.
- Click Save .
The Wallboard link can be used in multiple locations at the same time and works in most browsers.
Step 5 – Wallboard templates
Response group
- Multiple response groups – metrics : Show multiple groups and their metrics on the same Wallboard.
- A response group - detailed : View a group with both the group and agent information.
- A response group – leaderboard : View both group and agent data as well as a leaderboard for the group.
Only logged in agents are displayed on a Wallboard.
User
- User metrics : Choose freely among users and view both combined and individual metrics.
- User Leaderboard : View individual metrics and a leaderboard with user rankings.
