Who can access this feature?

  • Organisations with Unlimited-package
  • Organisations with Light-package and Analytics

How to use it

Click / tap OPERATOR.svgfollowed by Call logs to access the log. 

    1. Select start and end date
    2. If desired, filter on call type
    3. Select answer group and or user / phone number

    If you toggle Show call details, you will see the journey that the person has made before someone has answered the call.
