Calendar integration & Microsoft Teams

Open Activity Status

Click on the gear icon, select Personal Settings, and expand the Activity Status list.

Enable Calendar Integration

    1. Click the plus icon to connect your Office 365 or Google Workspace account.
    2. Log in with your credentials.

Sync Activity Status with Calendar Events

An Office 365 or Google Workspace calendar event with a synced busy type will automatically set the corresponding activity status in the app for the duration of the event. 

    1. Click the plus icon to create a sync between your Office 365 or Google Workspace account and the app.
    2. Select the desired busy status in Office 365 or Google Workspace.
    3. Choose the corresponding activity status in the app.
    4. Click Save. Your activity status will now automatically be managed by your calendar.
    5. Click the cross icon to remove the sync.

Microsoft Teams

With our Microsoft Teams integration, you don’t need to worry about interruptions from phone calls while in a Teams meeting or call. Your line status in the app syncs seamlessly with MS Teams.
  • Enable "Set busy line status when in MS Teams calls" to display your status as busy in the app while in a Teams call.
  • Enable "Sync line status to MS Teams" to display your Teams status as busy while on a call in the app.
  • Line status while in a call.
  • Line status while in a meeting.
  • Call toast visible within the app.
