You can share and schedule messages directly from our app. These messages can be in real-time or scheduled to be sent later. You can see your scheduled messages in a separate dialogue box in the chat channel. The different types of messages that you can share and schedule include:
- When you are to share a chat
- Call log from call history, as described in "Share a call"
- When you are to share an email message in a chat channel
- When you are to share files
- When you are to share Survey results
How to schedule a chat message

- Select the date and time when your message should be sent
