Now it's easier to see who's calling, even if the number isn't in your contact list. You'll also receive notifications that provide extra information about the call. This can include details such as who is calling, which answer group they have chosen, information about the company, and data from your CRM system.

Enable Caller ID Lookup as a Notification

Receive a notification for incoming calls on your mobile phone, which can include the caller’s name, company, and answer group, if applicable. If you have Insights enabled, the notification will also include data from your CRM.

Enable Caller ID Lookup as a Notification

    • Click on SETTINGS GEAR.svg and select your personal settings.
    • Click on Notifications -> Telephony
    • Toggle ON.svg "Show notification on mobile devices with caller information."

For this to work, notifications must be enabled on your mobile device.

  • 1. Open Settings on your device and navigate to Apps or Application Management.

    2. Find and select the app from the list of installed apps.

    3. Tap "Display over other apps" and ensure the setting is enabled for the app.

    4. Return to the app and go to Settings Notifications Telephony to ensure notification settings are correctly configured.

    2. Tap Apps.

    3. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner.

    4. Select Special Access.

    5. Choose Display over other apps.

    6. Find the app and toggle the switch next to it.

    2. Go to Apps & Notifications.

    3. Tap Special app access.

    4. Choose Display over other apps.

    5. Locate the app and toggle the switch next to it.

  • 1. On your iPhone, go to Settings and then Notifications.

    2. Find the app in the list and toggle the switch to enable it.

    3. Ensure the app has permission to display notifications for incoming calls.

    4. Pro tip: Change Banner Style to Persistent, and under Lock Screen Appearance - Show Previews, select Always.

    What is Caller ID?

    By enabling Caller ID, your iPhone retrieves contact information from the app, allowing you to see who's calling, even if the contact isn't saved in your local contact list.

    In cases where the calling party is among the app's contacts but not in your own, with the feature active, you will see who's calling.

    How to enable Caller ID

    • Open Apple settings.svg Settings on your iPhone.
    • Tap Apple Phone.svg Phone.
    • Tap "Call Blocking & Identification".
    • Toggle the app on.
